2022–2024 Vision and Mission Statement
Our vision, for the 2022–2024 term, is to reinforce the youth’s spirit and create opportunities for them to learn about and nurture their God given gifts. Through these opportunities, we plan to raise leaders who will use their gifts in whatever seasons they’re in to serve God.
• To unite and bridge the gap between the local churches by creating an outlet of communication
• To educate, demonstrate, and build the love of Christ through the encouragement of youth fellowship, leadership, and service to this church and the community
• To maintain the worship God through personal testimony, prayer, and music. To enable youths to proclaim and portray the evangelical faith and ministry to the world
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. –1 Peter 4:10 NIV
Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching. –1 Timothy 4:12 NIV
Everything For God
Hi! We’re EFG—Ethan, Fuecha, and Grace—the 2022–2024 SCG national youth officers. We’re here to teach and learn alongside our youths and young adults how to live by and prosper in the Word of God.
Let’s do this!
National Youth President
Fuecha Vachinzong
Hello, I am the president of the national youth department. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family most. I also love traveling and playing volleyball. I look forward to what God has in store for us as the national youth of Salvation Church of God.
National Youth Vice President
Ethan Thao (Rat Man)
Imagine walking in the desert and you stumble upon a magic lamp that would grant you one wish! What would you wish for? I would wish for the world to be vegan.
I would like to personally introduce myself to everyone who is reading my brief autobiography as Ethan! During my free time, I enjoy working out and setting fitness goals for myself. Aside from working out.Currently, residing in Fresno, CA at the age 26, I am looking forward to what plans God has for me. Especially for this opportunity to serve as your national youth officer for this term. I would like to empower our younger generations that we are not forgotten and that we have so much for this world to offer.
Climate change is real and is happening right now. Let us not take this planet for granted.

National Youth Secretary
Grace Her
Hi ! I’m the secretary for the national youth department. Stereotypical as it is, I love to write in my free time (it’s also my favorite thing to do when I’m procrastinating). I also love music through and through. Pop, ballads, and kpop are my absolute faves. Bonus points if they’re slow, emo jams! I’m also a casual gamer – my favorite console is the Switch. I’m super excited to help our youths and young adults prosper in their spiritual faith! I look forward to a fun next three years with all of you.
